Quality
All of TSG’s products and services adhere to ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System. This is supported by a policy to develop systems and procedures in conjunction with all management functions and prevent, rather than simply detect, non-conformance whilst managing and promoting continual change and improvement.
The responsibility for and commitment to quality is shared by all members of our organisation. All aspects of our quality assurance systems are developed in consultation and agreement with the staff involved in the process concerned.
Safety/OH&S
It is our policy to promote and maintain the highest degree of health, safety and well-being of all TSG staff.
We aim to:
- Prevent accidents and ill-health caused by working conditions
- Protect staff from any health hazard which may arise out of their work or the conditions in which it is carried out
- Place and maintain staff in an occupational environment designed to satisfy their needs for health, safety and well-being at work.
TSG’s safety policy has been designed to communicate and form the structure within the business for:
- Establishing and maintaining work practices which are safe and minimise risk to health
- All levels of management and supervisory staff to be responsible and accountable for minimising the potential for occupational injury to and illness of staff within their area of responsibility
- Training, placement and supervision of all staff to enable the safe performance of duties
- Developing and implementing preventative strategies, including workplace and job design, the identification of hazards in the workplace, and taking of appropriate remedial action to control the hazards
Expansion
Our objective is not to stop with what we have but instead we are establishing, implementing and will maintain an effective and fully encumbering Quality Assurance system providing a framework that allows seamless cross-interaction and incorporation of safety, human resources, industrial relations and environmental systems.
