Key to TSG’s long-term success is our ability to form strategic partnerships with customers and contractors. We have expanded the capabilities of our project partners on the following projects by providing high-value project management consultancy along with proven solutions:

Project Partner: BGC
Project: BGC Clay Stacker Project
Scope: Fabricate, install and commission the BGC Brickworks Clay Stacking conveyor system. TSG fabricated and fitted the structural steel and associated conveyor components at the Henderson workshop. Transported to site and installed/commissioned into the BGC facility.

Project: Worsley Co-generation Project
Scope: Design and supply all structural steel, piping, supports, insulation, steam trap sets and cable tray systems for the Worsley Alumina Eastern Boundary Piperack Project.

Project Partner: M&O Global
Project: Helicopter Underwater Escape System
Scope: Design, fabricate and erect a mobile system used for oil-rig helicopter underwater escape training (HUET). Paramount was the system’s mobility so it could be relocated to different sites. TSG supplied all associated structural steel, pumping and filtration systems, fire escape training module, change rooms and control room.

Project: Sea Sand Conveyor Project
Scope: Supply, fabricate, erect and commission a new Sea Sand Conveyor system for the transportation of product from the bulk materials storage area to the kiln silo storage area. This project involved all civil, structural and mechanical works to be managed in conjunction with the client’s engineering representatives.

Project: Boddington Gold Heavy Vehicle Truck Wash & Workshop Project
Scope: Design and supply the Heavy Vehicle Truck Wash System to receive large Haulpak Dump Trucks prior to scheduled maintenance. TSG were responsible for the design through to commissioning and handover to the mine operators. Whilst on-site, TSG’s scope was expanded to include the installation of all mechanical systems into the Heavy Vehicle Workshops which included reticulated air, oil, grease and water.

Project: Matrix Plant Upgrade Project
Scope: TSG worked with the client’s engineering representative to deliver a complete plant upgrade designed to increase capacity by four times. TSG were required to undertake all fabrication, mechanical and site installation of new plant including TSG Thermic hot water heaters, process vessels, new kiln extensions and conveyor systems, six new tumblers and associated piping and guarding requirements.

Project: Lakes Quarry Project
Scope: Design and supply structural steel package including walkway and stair tower. Project included supply of R.O.M. bin, transfer chutes, hoods, restanding hoppers and associated support structures. TSG also fully assembled all chutes and hoppers with wear lines prior to despatch to ensure the shortest onsite installation program.

Project: Storage Upgrade Project
Scope: Design and supply all structural steel for 90,000T storage facility. Scope included conveyor galleries, trusses, interconnecting conveyor support structure and associated purlin steelworks. To assist in erection, modules 22m in length were engineered and supplied from the workshop.

Project: Digester Repair Project
Scope: Provision of onsite crews and engineering support to repair and retrofit structural components of 4 x process digester vessels approximately 4.7m in diameter each. Works included shell repairs, end wall replacement, specialty door closure repair and replacement.
